Membership is extended through approved partner organisations — private banks, wealth managers, members clubs and premium programmes — and, occasionally, by direct application. Places within each partner programme are capped, and applications are reviewed.
Flights, hotels, event tickets and activities are booked through live supplier integrations, paid and confirmed in the conversation. Dining works differently: Helix returns options shaped by your taste, and our concierge secures the table.
It reaches our concierge team, who work with the same context Helix has — your preferences, your itinerary, the conversation so far — so nothing is explained twice.
Yes. You can speak to Helix as naturally as you would message it. Channels are web, app and voice.
Your partner organisation knows you are a member. It cannot see your requests, your bookings, your itineraries or your conversations. That boundary is enforced by the system itself, not by policy.
Your data is used to fulfil your requests and to improve how Helix serves you — your preferences, documents and history stay within your membership. You can see what Helix has learned about you and change it. Details are in our privacy policy.
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are searched, compared and booked in the conversation, and the trip stays live afterwards — changes, additions and disruption are handled in the same thread. Group requests that need coordination reach our concierge team.
