For partner organisations

A concierge benefit your members will actually use

Offer Helix Black to your members under a programme you control — without hiring a concierge team, building a booking stack, or signing your members up to a call centre.

Member concierge has always been a cost line

Traditional programmes are staffed operations: the more members use them, the more they cost, so usage gets quietly rationed and the benefit gets quietly worse. Helix Black inverts that. The assistant handles the volume; people handle the exceptions. Usage becomes something you want more of.

Who it is for

Private banks and wealth managers

A benefit for private clients that reflects the standard of the relationship.

Premium card and account programmes

A differentiator at the top of the range, delivered digitally.

Members clubs and residences

Value that reaches members wherever they are, not only in the clubhouse.

Luxury and lifestyle brands

A service layer that keeps your brand present after the sale.

What you get

Your brand on the front.
The member sees your programme. Helix runs underneath.
A controlled cohort.
Capped places, invitation codes, approval workflow, and the ability to open access in stages.
Real bookings, not referrals.
Members' requests end in booked, paid, confirmed travel — the benefit is used, not just advertised.
Concierge escalation on agreed terms.
Human support behind the assistant, scoped to your programme.
Reporting.
Adoption, usage and category mix at programme level — never individual member activity.
Launch in weeks.
Brand, cohort and supply configuration are set up, not built.

The boundary

What you can see, and what you cannot

You see the health of your programme: how many members are active, how often, and across which categories. You do not see who asked for what. Individual member activity is invisible to the partner by design, and that is exactly why members trust the benefit.

How a partnership works

  1. Design

We shape the benefit with you: which members, how many places, what the assistant can do for them, and how the programme is branded.

  2. Launch

Invitations go out to a capped first cohort. We monitor quality closely at low volume.

  3. Scale

Places open in stages as the programme proves out, with reporting at each step.

Commercial model

Partnerships are structured around a launch fee covering programme setup and branding, a per-member fee for contracted places, and agreed terms for concierge escalation and voice. We will put a specific proposal together once we understand the size and shape of your membership.
