What Helix Does

Helix Business

Helix Business is corporate travel management for organisations with 10 to 1,000+ employees. It combines an AI booking assistant with a travel policy engine, approvals, expenses and spend reporting. Companies control travel cost at the moment of booking, and employees book trips by describing them in plain language. Read about Helix Business

Helix Black

Helix Black is an invitation-only AI travel concierge. Private members' clubs, private banks and premium membership programmes offer it to their members as a benefit. Members book flights, hotels and tickets to events such as Formula 1, Wimbledon and Premier League football in a single conversation, by chat or by voice. Read about Helix Black

Helix White Label

Helix White Label lets travel management companies, online travel agencies and event-based tourism operators run the Helix booking engine under their own brand, logo and theme, with their own supplier and GDS agreements. The operator adds AI booking to its offer in days, and pays Helix a platform fee while billing with suppliers directly. Helix can sit inside an operator's own iOS app through the iOS SDK, or in its website as a widget. AI agents can book through Helix's booking API and MCP server, in early access. What Makes Helix Different

A request ends in a booking

In Helix, search, comparison and payment all happen inside one conversation, and the result is a confirmed booking rather than a page of links. A traveller says where and when, and Helix returns a short list that is ready to book.

Rules and preferences are applied while Helix searches

Helix applies company policy and personal preferences during the search itself. Every option a traveller sees already fits both, so nobody finds out afterwards that a booking broke policy.

Personalisation that remembers context

Helix remembers what travellers tell it, such as a preferred airport, an aisle seat on night flights, or a partner who is gluten free, and applies it to every later request. Travellers can see what Helix has learned and change it.

Chat and voice on the same engine

Travellers can type or speak a request. Both channels run through the same booking engine, so a trip started by voice can be finished by chat.

Money is handled by code, not by the AI model

In Helix, AI models interpret requests and present results. Pricing, policy checks and the booking itself run in deterministic code, so no language model sits between a confirmed choice and the supplier.

Helix is an alternative to Navan, Perk (formerly TravelPerk), SAP Concur, Egencia and American Express Global Business Travel in corporate travel, and to Ten Lifestyle Group, Quintessentially, John Paul, Aspire Lifestyles and Velocity Black in member concierge services, and to Spotnana, Hopper Technology Solutions and Priceline Partner Network in white-label travel booking.

The Team Behind Helix

Gus Fraser founded Helix in March 2025. He saw that corporate travel ran on documents and manual checks. In most companies the travel policy lives in a PDF, and a line manager with no training in airfares or hotel pricing is asked to approve every trip. Travellers route around booking tools they dislike, and finance teams reconcile the spend after the money has gone. Nobody can easily say whether a given hotel rate in Paris was a fair price on that night.

Helix was built on a different premise: an AI agent can read the company's policy, check what the market is charging that day, and source the flights and hotels in the same step. The company saves money because every option is measured against live market rates rather than a fixed budget. The traveller gets a better trip because the same agent remembers how they like to travel. The same engine now runs Helix Black, which applies that personalisation to members of private clubs and premium banks.
